did you follow the correct procedure to disconnect battery. Thankyou guys for the warm welcome. Reference disconnecting the battery all doors windows etc closed and left for 15 minutes for everything to shut down. Swapped battery for the new one. Everything else is working fine just this problem with the sat nav. Billy.
