The video outright states La La Land is 'mediocre' and that the way the Oscars are voted on leads to movies that are better getting 'snubbed', directly referencing Moonlight. The comments on reddit shared the sentiment. When everyone thought La La Land was going to win, it was popular to say it was bad. My God what a movie. I'm not a fan of romantic movies by any means but this movie absolutely captivated me. From the initial song number on the overpass, to the brilliant cinematography throughout the film, the varied and bright color palette, the soul moving jazz over the whole thing, Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling's incredible chemistry accented by the last 15 minutes, has left me in a complete 30K subscribers in the videoessay community. I know this sounds like I'm building to some sort of copypasta ending but this is legit. You can look it up. That's the big water tank stage on the Warner Bros. lot. It used to be a lot shorter (and wasn't originally a tank). Directed by Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, Raya and the Last Dragon propels the Disney formula to another level in putting the fate of an entire nation in the hands of one fierce warrior. Raya and the Last Dragon follows the fictional world of Kumandra, which is split into five different tribes. 500 years before the events in the movie The first time I watched La La Land I hated it but now it is one of my favourite movies of all time. I love that it features elements of the golden age of film production and feels like it should have been produced many years ago. My favourite scene is the flashback/look at the alternative life through the montage. La La Land’s ending is still bittersweet for many, and it is certainly played that way. The love they share for each other is palpable right up until the end credits. However, break ups don’t have to end in hatred. Sometimes, ‘the one’ is simply not an option due to the timing, and that isn’t to say another ‘the one’ won’t

Earlier in the book, Jessup's brother Teardrop tells the protagonist Ree (Jessup's daughter) that he has his suspicions: "I can't know who killed Jessup, I can suspicion a man or two, have a hinky feelin', but I can't know for a certain fact" Then he lists the members of the gang he suspects is responsible: Buster Leroy, Little Arthur

It blew my mind how much hate was directed at Stake Land. It was definitely lower budget, but it definitely had an effective atmosphere and credible direction. The ending was appropriate. It was anti-climactic because it broke a lot of rules in the horror genre. But horror is one of those genres that needs to break the rules. Great film. The last seven episodes of Firefly Lane Season 2 were some of the hardest to write, creator Maggie Friedman tells Tudum. The episodes chronicle the final chapter in the 30-year friendship of Kate (Sarah Chalke) and Tully (Katherine Heigl), as Kate undergoes treatment for breast cancer. “The emotion of it was just exhausting,” she says. How does Alice in Borderland Season 2 end? In the epic battle to conquer the King of Spades, all of Arisu’s crew — Kuina, Ann, Heiya, Usagi and Aguni — wind up nearly dead. None of them (including Niragi and Chishiya) are in good enough shape to enter the final game. But Arisu drags Usagi to the final game: the Queen of Hearts.
Spoilers. Just watched The Platform and the ending leaves me quite unsatisfied. There are a few assumptions that we have to make ourselves at the end and frankly speaking, they seem to be quite a stretch. First, we have to assume that the girl reaches the top. Second, we have to assume the chefs/cooks find her there and understand the message.
At the end of the novel, Addie gives up her freedom to join Luc in exchange for Henry’s life. He publishes a novel about her life and we learn that she is with Luc in London and she plans on doing everything in her power to make Luc not want to be with her so she can finally be free of him. What if, this is Henry’s ending for Addie in the Girl B wakes up with a knife in her hand. Girl A and B meet, they decide they don't like each other and girl B is literally acting like a sociopath and points the knife in girl A's face. Girl A disarms her and they proceed to hate each other for no real reason. Girl A finds a waterfall with rapey guy. WbXcLlt.
