It's gotta be a Far Cry 4 related joke. Honey badgers might be viscous but putting them in the final beast taming category (alongside a cave bear if I recall correctly?) seems a bit of a stretch unless it's a joking nod to Far Cry 4. So far my rare black lion has taken care of the four or five badgers that have attacked me.

Personally the ambience and environment is wayyy better in primal, the nature sounds, people running away from animals, the huts and hideouts, etc. Primal has less content than far cry 4 though. If you want a more realistic setting and actually feel like your in the game, Primal.
